Location
The Isle of Mull is situated off the west coast of Scotland
and forms part of the Inner Hebridies.
The Isle of Mull can be reached by 3 separate ferry routes. The main ferry runs from Oban on the mainland to Craignure on the isle of Mull. This ferry runs every other hour from early morning to early evening 7 days a week in the summer, its a 45 minute journey, remember to book your passage for this ferry.
The second route is from Lochaline on the mainland to Fishnish on the Isle of Mull you would use this route if you were coming from the North of Scotland its a 15 minute journey, a regular service runs 7 days a week in the summer, you can not book this ferry.
The third route runs from Kilchoan on the most westerly tip of Scotland to Tobermory, its a 35 minute journey. For full details and ferry timetable information visit the Caledonian Macbrayne ferry operators web site
It is a 20 minute drive from Craignure to Tobermory. Simply follow the sign posts for Tobermory.
The Mishnish Hotel is located at the end of the main street on the sea front, its the black building in the picture.
